Refund Required
I ordered commemorative coins after the death of Queen Elizabeth but have been receiving ongoing merchandise that has been charged to my account, which I have not consented to. I have returned the merchandise and require a full refund.
The items include:
2 boxes of Her Majestys Coronation + shipping $99.98
2 boxes of Co-pack Marriage Phil + Coin Box + shipping and Servive $99.98
Total: $399.92
If a subscription has been made, I require it to be cancelled it immediately.
Had a gutful
their system of invoicing and account status is to say the least confusing,after them refering my a/c to a collection agent as overdue, prompted me to review all the transactions,demanding from them additional records before i would pay,.that resulted in them overcharging coming to light they cloud the water and make it near impossible to arrive at an accurate figure they do it delibrately, i thought i had finalised the a/c and now I have received supposed outstanding amounts again,all *** will freeze over before they get another cent,

have just received an invoice for "spirit of unity/Walkabout426-co385.03" which was not ordered and have not received but it seems that you can fill the letterbox with a lot of sales media but cannot sort out your billing department you also post your phone number and do not answer or reply emails are a waste of time also as are not answered would not recommend purchasing another thing from this back yard shop!!!

Ordered beginning of October, received nothing, have emailed and emailed, tried to ring dozens of times, they DO NOT response as stated that is just lies, this lot take your money, obviously have no stock as takes weeks to ship, stated my order returned? no one here has ever seen.
Finally after waiting for 28 minutes on phone got hold of MARK, who apologised and stated will send form out of not receiving and will reship asap. No email of again or phone call they just put head in sand. On there email with attacked form I had to fill out and resend which did 30 minutes after received their email states in RED that a customer service person will contact within 24/48 hours :BS< no one has ever responsed, have a paper trail of emails over the last 4 weeks and as my email has tracking of opened read, have all the treads of Bradford Exchange opening all emails I have sent, still never replied in any medium. This company has fancy webpage and is just to look the real deal BUT buyers out there you are going down a dark rabbit hole, they will take your money and you will be forever trying to contact to find out where your order is!
I have received legal advise as this lot need to be rounded up and I have the trail of emails and phone logs etc, and have also printed out many of the unhappy feedback for my pending case. Its a right scam and they are making huge $$$ from people with no service or product. Just angry now as its been time wasting to get what I paid for.
They constantly state they response on the feedbacks like to see who has received any customer service! TOTAL RIP OFF business, now will make it my mission to get Business and Consumer Affairs involved with the paper trail.

Prayed on old lady with dementia for all her money. Tricked her to accept worthless items like coins after they already had her credit card details.

I rang and cancelled my direct debit so hopefully it has been rectified I dont need to write anymore unless I have anymore problems
Return a bit too slow
Returned item 12 November 2022 and only got refund 13 January2023. No communication was received by me on this matter.
No replies to emails
Obviously lack of communication between departments, because I phoned about a return, followed advice, then received the unwanted package again. Not happy.

Dodgy Company
I would urge people not to purchase any products from this company. I made one purchase with two items to a total of `$150.
I have received two products that do not match the description of what I bought, and every month I have a $98 charge made to my card without authorisation.
The phone number is 'user busy' and there are no responses to my email. I resorted to closing my bank account.
I have tried on numerous occasions to ring customer service without success. I have emailed to cease deliveries and hope they will comply.
I needed to stop deliveries of a coin collection but cannot ring the company as the phone is constantly "busy". I paid via Paypal originally and now cannot use Paypal and my bank stopped credit card payments as they were suspicious!!.
I have emailed a cease instruction. All a bit dodgy in my books.
I have just given up trying to get a response by phone and 3 emails I am convinced that Bradford's are not interested in me as a. long time customer simple I thay don't want to be professional

I have rung you 5 time waited on the phone for 30 to 45 minutes each time till I hang up value customer my arss and to tell you my bill was paid and you still keep sending new bills with late charges check your credit card recorder's

Debt collectors harassing me.
I purchased 2 collections late last year, arrived, good quality, nil issues. 6 months down the track, within 2 days I have received several text messages and emails from ARMA Debt Collection company.
As far as I know I have well and truly paid for everything I have ordered and recieved. The company is saying I owe $749 when the total amount I ordered was $484. Now if there was some sort of issue with payment or If it was missed, why have I not received any phone calls, text messages or emails from Bradford exchange? Why am I now being harassed by an external company for almost double what I ordered.
I have emailed the company and I was on hold for 30 mins today until I got hung up on. After reading hours worth of terrible reviews, I wish I never had anything to do with this company.
Has anyone else had a similar issue, how was it resolved? I am happy to pay what I owe, If there is anything but surely they cannot expect me to pay almost double when I was not informed I owed anything.
Preferred solution: Resolution and for debt collector to leave me alone.

Sending unwanted goods, continual invoices and NOW referred to a collection agency
Ordered a single item which eventually arrived.
Was then sent a continual stream of unwanted items that were NEVER ordered.
All these items have been returned but we are still getting invoices for them.
Despite several phone calls, emails and letters they have persisted in sending invoices for items owe did not order and have returned.
They confirmed by phone all items had been returned and there was no outstanding amount.
They still continued to send invoices and have now referred the debt to a collection agency.
The collection agency is now bombarding us with text messages.
Their business lacks any ethics.
They do not respond to emails or letters
It takes a very long time to get through to them on the phone
Overall this business is an appalling scheme to pressure customers into accepting unwanted goods.
Even worse they seem to relentlessly pursue non-existent debts
NOTHING SHORT OF HARASSMENT
- Do not stop sending products despite several phone calls
- Do not stop sending invoices despite unwanted products returned
- Refer to debt collector when nothing owed
Preferred solution: STOP SENDING INVOICES STOP ARMA FROM TRYING TO COLLECT A DEBT THAT DOES NOT EXIST

I'm having the same problem. I ordered the Jubilee coin as well, then got sent another Coin which I sent back, and completed the declaration slip after advice from the customer service staff (and I use that term loosely).
I kept getting invoices, to which I called (took days and days and hours on hold to speak to someone), and was advised my account had been sorted and to ignore further correspondence. Now I am getting emails from Debt Collectors. I still can't get someone to call me.
I am utterly disgusted and will never purchase anything from these fraudsters again. I will also tell everyone I know how dodgey they are to deal with.
